Where Can I Get Gluten Free advice ?
Many of us who have gluten intollerance are given conflicting advice.
With a wealth of information out there I have carefully selected some helpful sites and material:
Coeliac UK This should be your first port of call. Registering on this site not only helps funding for coeliac research but also provides useful information and guides for coping with a stress free gluten free life.
The food standards agency also provides information and alerts regarding gluten free foods. Find them here: Food Standards Agency The Food Standards Agency also provide a useful factsheet titled "Food intolerance and coeliac disease" in pdf format that can be seen here: fact sheet
There is also an informative guide produced by Bupa and Published by Bupa's Health Information Team, June 2010.
The guide contains information, and common questions such as what if I eat something containing gluten without realising?
The BBC have published an article reviewed by Dr Rob Hicks which clearly explains the different facets of coeliac disesae. It can be found by clicking here.
Participate in our interesting survey below to see how you fare with other coeliacs. We will publish the results periodically so watch this space.
